I have decided to extend my development and am now aiming for the February 2026 deadline.
Like I’ve written many times in many posts, you can only fail your way to absolute failure or absolute success, C’est la vie.
Every time you fail and reevaluate, is growth.
It’s become obvious to me, I need to put more time into the “Design” phase. So I will keep “design” open ended, and only move into development when the time is ready.
What distinguishes design from development is somewhat arbitrary.
I might once again miss the February 2026 Steam-fest deadline, but I will continue anyway.
I hope each dev-log I post is less meta, psychological, and more a concrete demonstration of the work I’ve been doing.
